1st day in 1st grade

Rachel was thrilled to learn last Friday that her best friend Delfina is in the same class this year. With her are as well from last year's class Kathleen, Dunya, Sam and Daniel. She is so happy to be in 1st grade. When she came back from school on Monday, she told me that the day had gone way too fast. She likes her new teacher Mrs. Lichtenstein whom I haven't met yet, Yossi did. "Rachel, Why do you like Mrs. Lichtenstein" "Becaue she is nice" good answer! Natalie was thrilled to see her teacher Mrs. Candi and of course Ms. Kelly in the office (she used to be in Natalie's class 2 years ago - they have a special bound these 2). Natalie found her friends and a lot of hugs were exchanged with Peyton who was already there when we dropped her off. Evie, Lavina, Yuvika are still there this year. Her friends Hawei and Anjeli are entering public school.
