"Lowence"

Rachel m'appelle LOWENCE. C'est mignon et je la laisse dire car je suis sure que si je lui defends de m'appeler ainsi, ca deviendra une habitude et elle m'appelera Lowence tout le temps

That's the way Rachel calls me once in a while. She can not say the long "O/AU" and the gutural "R" - isn't she supposed to be able to speak French?
I still prefer her to call me maman
