We have been working with Rachel on the "May I have ... please" phrase for a few days now. Before it used to be "I want this or Can I have that".
Yesterday evening
"May I have a candy please?"
"No, Rachel you already had 2 candies and it is enough for today"
"May I have a chocolate please".

Well gosh - everybody knows that candy isn't chocolate. The candy category includes all hard candies, lollipops, and other sugary sweets that don't have any chocolate in them. Rachel is clearly way ahead of you!
Ah yes, be careful what you wish for. Manners will get you everything!
